An ode to 2016 2016 has been an overly amazing year for me!

I have experienced so many new things. Made wonderful friends.
And found a way to follow my passion, writing.

In today’s post, the last post of the year, I want to share with you some
of my favorite moments of 2016.

I started my Blog

As a kid as well as in my teen years, I always wanted to become a journalist. Writing articles or creating a column about all kind of things like travel, food, a healthy life, a happy home … In short, having an outlet to share my thoughts and ideas about a good life. But with my twenties coming around, I got a little scared of the idea and started working in another field (one I really like but which I do not love).
Luckily a dear friend of mine motivated me to go for the blogging. And I love it.
Coming up with ideas, creating new content, planning, taking pictures. It’s so much fun and I can’t wait to show you all what I’m up to for 2017.

My Boyfriend and I celebrated or 7 year anniversary

Yes. seven years. We’re together since I’m 17 (almost 18). So we’re such a good team by now. It wasn’t always easy, with long distance relationship or just living together stress. But I have to say, the seventh year was the best year so far! We made so many great memories this year and I can’t wait for all the other years (together) to come.

That made me thinking if you’re interested in any kind of relationship post. Maybe some tips. Let me know in the comments down below. I would love to share my experience with you. And maybe help somebody. 🙂

Vacation to Rijeka, 2016

Even though my boyfriend and I been together for several years, this year we went on our first vacation together. Shocking, I know. Haha.  As you maybe know, when you follow my blog or Instagram for a while, in August 2016 my man and I spent a wonderful week visiting Stella and her boyf Filip in Rijeka, Croatia. And let me tell you two things: first: You have to visit Croatia. It’s beyond words beautiful. And the fruit is so lush and yummy.  And second: Have a look at Stella’s Blog. She is such a talented photographer and lovable creature. (I link it down below!)
